2024 / 2025 prices are per accommodation and per week (7 nights)

Number of people
Above prices are based on an occupancy of 2 people per room.
Prices of the guest house ‘Cascata de Flores’ is based on 4 people (a max of 6 people is possible).
Extra bed: € 17,50 per person per night
Baby bed: € 25,00 per week.

Winter
Attractive prices for long stays for the winter; inquire about the rates!

Minimum stay
Minimum stay is 7 nights. A shorter stay can be possible outside the school holidays. Please inquire about the possibilities and prices.

Breakfast
Prices mentioned do not include breakfast.
All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette; the penthouse and the cottage ‘Cascata de Flores’ have a full kitchen, so that you can easily organise breakfast yourself. We can of course take care of breakfast for you for € 16,00 per person per day. Breakfast can be hugely varied and consists of all kinds of fresh local products.

Air conditioning
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold). The use of which is optional and therefore not included in the price. Surcharge is € 7,25 per day, this is on the basis of fair-use, so please turn off the air-conditioning in your absence.

Tourist tax
There is currently no tourist tax in the Tavira region, but this will soon change. This will be € 1,00 per adult person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights at 1 location. In high season this is € 2,00 per night. We will inform you when this comes into effect. The amount must then be paid to us in cash, so that we can pay it to the Tourist Office.

Cleaning
Accommodation prices include cleaning costs.
The rooms are made-up every other day and if necessary provided with clean towels. Clean bedding once a week.
The cottage is cleaned once a week and if necessary provided with clean towels. Clean bedding once a week.

Beach towels
Rental of beach towels: € 5,00 per beach towel per week.

Bathrobes
Rental of bathrobe: € 15,00 per item per week.
