Number of people<\/strong>
\nAbove prices are based on an occupancy of 2 people per room.
\nPrices of the guest house ‘Cascata de Flores’ is based on 4 people (a max of 6 people is possible).
\nExtra bed: \u20ac 25,00 per person per night
\nBaby bed: \u20ac 25,00 per week.<\/p>\n

Winter<\/strong>
\nAttractive prices for long stays for the winter; inquire about the rates!<\/p>\n

Minimum stay<\/strong>
\nMinimum stay is 7 nights. A shorter stay can be possible outside the school holidays. Please inquire about the possibilities and prices.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/strong>
\nPrices mentioned do not include breakfast.
\nAll rooms are equipped with a kitchenette; the penthouse and the cottage ‘Cascata de Flores’ have a full kitchen, so that you can easily organise breakfast yourself. We can of course take care of breakfast for you for \u20ac 17,50 per person per day. Breakfast can be hugely varied and consists of all kinds of fresh local products.<\/p>\n

Air conditioning<\/strong>
\nAll rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot\/cold). The use of which is optional and therefore not included in the price. Surcharge is \u20ac 7,25 per day, this is on the basis of fair-use, so please turn off the air-conditioning in your absence.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax<\/strong>
\nThere is currently no tourist tax in the Tavira region, but this will soon change. This will be \u20ac 1,00 per adult person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights at 1 location. In high season this is \u20ac 2,00 per night. We will inform you when this comes into effect. The amount must then be paid to us in cash, so that we can pay it to the Tourist Office.<\/p>\n

Cleaning<\/strong>
\nAccommodation prices include cleaning costs.
\nThe rooms are made-up every other day and if necessary provided with clean towels. Clean bedding once a week.

Beach towels<\/strong>
